(A) No person shall park any vehicle at an angle to the curb for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise, freight, objects or passengers without a permit issued for the vehicle from the Mayor or his designated representative, and such permit shall be open to inspection by any police officer, except where allowed by signage.
(B) No person shall park such a vehicle in violation of any of the special terms or conditions of such permit.

No person shall park a vehicle on any street in a business district during the hours of 3:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. of any day, except physicians on emergency calls.

No vehicle 90 inches or more in width shall be parked on any street except for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise, freight, or objects provided that such vehicle shall not be unattended at any time during such loading or unloading.

(A) Whenever a vehicle is lawfully parked at nighttime upon any street within a business or residence district, no lights need be displayed upon such parked vehicle, except as provided in division (B) below.
(B) Whenever any vehicle 80 inches or more in overall width is parked upon a public way during the hours between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise, and there is not sufficient light to reveal to any person or object within a distance of 500 feet upon such roadway, such vehicle so parked shall be equipped with one or more lamps which shall exhibit a light on the roadway side visible at a distance of 500 feet to the front of the vehicle, and a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
(C) Lighted headlamps upon a parked vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
