§ 8-5-1-37 MOVING OR PUSHING VEHICLE OF ANOTHER.
   No person shall move, push or propel a vehicle not lawfully under his control into any area prohibited to parking or into any area where parking is restricted as to time or to specific conditions or away from a curb such distance as is unlawful.
