§ 8-5-1-16 PARKING PROHIBITED IN FIRE LANE.
   No persons shall either stop, stand or park a vehicle in a marked fire lane or otherwise obstruct such lane, whether such lane is public property or on private property which is devoted to public use. Such fire lane shall be marked either with a sign or a red curb.
