§ 8-5-1-23 BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM VEHICLES.
   No person shall board or alight from any moving vehicle or any vehicle which is stopped in traffic, nor shall any person alight or enter a vehicle, except when stopped at a curb or in a passenger loading zone.
