§ 53.30 NSF CHECK FEE.
   The fee for a NSF check shall be as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98. This fee shall be collected at the time that the NSF check will be picked up. Additional fees to be collected, if incurred, are attorney fees and court cost required by collection.

§ 53.31 NEW ELECTRIC SERVICE; REIMBURSEMENT.
   (A)   The New Carlisle municipal electric utility shall require reimbursement from landowners for new developments, or developments requiring new electric services.
   (B)   Each landowner for new developments or development shall complete an “application and agreement for electric service.”
   (C)    Any and all deposits, revenues and refunds shall be in accordance with the conditions and provisions in the application and agreement for electric service.

§ 53.32 ADDITIONAL FACILITIES.
   A request for new service shall be submitted to the Electric Superintendent. When a request for new service is approved, the utility will provide facilities to allow for the installation of fixtures, ornamental poles, underground and overhead conductor, wooden poles, and the like, as well as other improvements to the electric distribution system necessary to properly service the addition load added to the distribution circuit. The improvements required shall be determined by the Electric Utility Superintendent. The customer will pay in advance all costs to be incurred for the installation of the facilities required to supply service from the most suitable existing pole, transformer, or pedestal of the utility to the point designated by the customer for the installation, as well as the other distributions system improvements required to provide adequate service to the new connection.
