§ 53.05 RATE “R” DOMESTIC ELECTRIC SERVICE.

   (A)   Availability of service. Available for full domestic electric service through 1 meter to individual residential customers including rural domestic customers engaged principally in agricultural pursuits. Domestic services to include residential lighting, cooking, water heating, refrigeration, home heating, clothes drying, and the like.

   (B)   Rate. As set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.

   (C)   Minimum charge. Monthly customer charge plus energy charges.

   (D)   Rate adjustment. Refer to § 53.12.

   (E)   Fuel cost adjustment. Refer to § 53.13.
