§ 53.01 ADOPTION OF RATES.
   There shall be charged, exacted, and collected for service distribution of electric current in the town and continuous territory served by the electric distribution system of the town the following schedule of rates and charges which have been approved by the Public Service Commission of the State of Indiana.
