(A) Service is available for full domestic service through 1 meter to individual residential customers where there is connected, and in regular use each month, a heating and cooking load of no less than 3,000 watts.
(B) This tariff is subject to monthly minimum charge as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98 for each meter installed.
