§ 53.26 TESTING OF METERS, MANNER OF PAYMENT.
   If any consumer shall question the accuracy of any meter, inspection and test thereof shall be made, and the charges and expense thereof levied and paid in accordance with the statutes of the State of Indiana pertaining to other public utilities operating in the state.
