§ 53.27 ELECTRIC UTILITIES’ LINE LOSS.
   (A)   The stop light at the corner of Michigan Street and Bray Street shall be furnished free of charge by the New Carlisle municipal electric utilities.
   (B)   The kilowatt hours shall be documented in order for the town to figure the electric utilities’ line loss.
