§ 53.09 RATE “M” MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC SERVICE.

   (A)   Availability of service. Available for single service to municipally owned public buildings or locations supported by public tax levies or municipally owned utility rates.

   (B)   Rate. As set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.

   (C)   Minimum charge. Monthly customer charge plus energy charges.

   (D)   Billing. Billing, at the option of the utility, may be on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annual basis.

   (E)   Rate adjustment. Refer to § 53.12.

   (F)   Fuel cost adjustment. Refer to § 53.13.
