§ 53.10 RATE “STL” STREET LIGHTING SERVICE.
   (A)   Availability of service. Available to the town for municipal street lighting of public streets, public parks, bridges, public parking areas or other public places deemed necessary by the town.
   (B)   Rate. As set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
   (C)   Minimum charge. None.
   (D)   Billing. Billing, at the option of the utility, may be on a monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annual basis.
