(A) Availability of service. Available for continuous year-round service for outdoor lighting to any customer located adjacent to an electric distribution line of utility that is adequate and suitable for supplying the service requested.
(B) Character of service. Dusk to dawn outdoor lighting service using lamps available under this rate schedule, when mounted on an existing utility pole and including 1 span of secondary conductors.
(2) When the utility is required to install a wood pole to provide the customer with outdoor lighting service, the customer shall be required to pay, in addition to the charges as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98, the cost to facilitate the installation.
