§ 53.06 RATE “C” COMMERCIAL AND SMALL POWER SERVICE.
   (A)   Availability of service. Available for single phase non-residential general commercial service using a single set of service wires to a single meter location with less than 25 KVA of transformer capacity.
   (B)   Rate. As set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
   (C)   Minimum charge. Monthly customer charge plus energy charges.
   (D)   Rate adjustment. Refer to § 53.12.
   (E)   Fuel cost adjustment. Refer to § 53.13.
