5.82.060: ZONING:
It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to do business at any location within the city not zoned for such business. Businesses regulated by this chapter shall not be located closer than six hundred feet (600') to each other and not closer than six hundred feet (600') to protected uses. (Ord. 02-21, 9-5-2002)
