It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business, as regulated herein, to relocate or otherwise move its location or area of operation. A sexually oriented business wishing to relocate must submit the appropriate application for a license as required under this chapter. Such application shall be reviewed under the terms and conditions of this chapter and applicable city ordinances. (Ord. 02-21, 9-5-2002)
