5.82.040: OBSCENITY:

Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to permit or allow the showing or display of any material which is contrary to the provisions of the city code, or other applicable federal or state statutes prohibiting obscenity. (Ord. 02-21, 9-5-2002)
