5.82.070: SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS; ADDITIONAL LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
It is unlawful for any business licensed as a sexually oriented business to be located within six hundred feet (600') of a business licensed for the consumption of alcohol or liquor. (Ord. 02-21, 9-5-2002)
