It is unlawful:
A. For any person to operate a sexually oriented business without a valid sexually oriented business license issued by the city pursuant to this chapter.
B. For any person who operates a sexually oriented business to employ a person to work for the sexually oriented business who is not licensed as a sexually oriented business employee by the city pursuant to this chapter.
C. For any person to obtain employment with a sexually oriented business without having secured a sexually oriented business work permit pursuant to this chapter.
D. Sexually oriented business licenses will be limited to one for each six thousand (6,000) residents of the city. Any available license will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. (Ord. 02-21, 9-5-2002)
