5.90.010: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It is unlawful to sell or give away any cigarettes by means of a vending machine without first being licensed to do so. (1999 Code)

5.90.020: LICENSE APPLICATION:

Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the license official. Applications shall contain the name of the applicant, the address at which sales are to be made, and the number of cigarette vending machines; applications shall be filed with the license official, together with the license fee hereinafter required. (1999 Code)

5.90.030: LICENSE FEE:

The annual fee for a license under this chapter shall be as specified in the fee schedule adopted pursuant to section 5.06.050 of this title. (1999 Code)
