5.82.220: STAGE REQUIREMENTS:
It shall be a violation of this chapter for an employee to knowingly or intentionally, in a sexually oriented business, appear in a state of seminudity unless the employee is at least three feet (3') from patrons and customers and on a stage at least two feet (2') from the floor. (Ord. 02-21, 9-5-2002)
