§ 1042.01 WATER AND SEWER DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT.

The Water and Sewer Division Superintendent shall be designated by the Manager. He or she shall supervise all residential, commercial and industrial water connections and excavations for the purpose of installing or repairing the same and shall have such further duties and authority as the Manager may direct from time to time.
