§ 1484.02 KITCHEN FACILITIES.
   Every dwelling unit shall contain a kitchen or kitchenette containing a sink which is not less than 15 by 18 inches in usable area and at least six inches deep, properly supplied with potable water and drained to an approved sanitary sewer system, as well as approved cooking, refrigeration and storage facilities.

§ 1484.03 BATHROOM FACILITIES.
   Every dwelling unit shall contain a room or rooms within its walls which affords privacy to a person within such room or rooms, and the room shall be equipped with a flush water closet and shall contain a lavatory, while a bathtub or shower stall may be in a separate room with all fixtures connected to an approved water and sewer system. When such fixtures are housed in separate rooms, it is preferable that the rooms be located in close proximity.

§ 1484.04 WATER LINES.
   Every kitchen sink, lavatory, bathtub, shower and laundry tray shall be properly connected with hot and cold water lines. The hot water lines shall be connected to a hot water heating facility of adequate size and which provides at all times a water temperature of not less than 120°F.

§ 1484.05 POTABLE WATER SUPPLY.
   Every dwelling unit shall be supplied with potable water which provides adequate quantity and pressure at the hot and cold outlets of the required fixtures.

§ 1484.06 MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING.
   All plumbing shall be properly installed and maintained in good working condition, free from defects, leaks or obstructions.
