§ 383.12 Storage in Industrial Occupancy

(a) No flammable liquid in excess of the quantities specified in Section 383.04(e) shall be stored in any building or part of a building of industrial occupancy classification without a permit from the Fire Division. Sections 381.05, 385.35, 391.29 and 3129.34 to 3129.50 shall govern permits required for storing or handling other hazardous substances.

(b) Storing or handling of any of the hazardous substances listed in Section 3129.34 shall be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, Chapters 385 and 3129.
