§ 383.11 Storage in Storage Occupancy

   (a)   No flammable liquid in excess of the quantities specified in Section 383.04(e) shall be stored in any building or part of a building of storage occupancy classification without a permit from the Fire Division. Sections 381.05, 385.35, 391.29 and 3129.34 to 3129.50 shall govern permits required for storing other hazardous substances.

   (b)   When issuing permits for the storage of flammable liquid and other hazardous substances, the Fire Chief may prescribe maximum quantities, maximum height at which such material may be stored and other conditions necessary for safety or efficient fire fighting.

   (c)   Storage of any of the hazardous substances listed in Section 3129.34 shall be in substantial conformity with the provisions for such storage included in Sections 381.05, 385.35, 391.29 and 3129.34 to 3129.50.
