161.01 DEFINITIONS.
Full-time employees shall be defined as employees working a normal forty (40) hour average work week. Part-time employees shall be defined as employees working fewer than 1500 hours per year.

161.02 APPLICABILITY.
Unless stated otherwise, all provisions of this chapter apply to full-time employees, except for those provisions which are otherwise addressed in collective bargaining agreements or other separate contract as approved by City Council.

161.03 EMPLOYEE DISHONESTY AND FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE ON DUTY.
All City employees and officials shall be covered under a blanket employee dishonesty insurance policy with a per person limit of at least two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) in lieu of securing performance bonds.
