161.07 FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE ACT.

All provisions and criteria of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, and all of its amendments as current from time to time, apply to full-time City employees. Copies of the Act and the City's current policy may be obtained from the Director of Personnel.
