CHAPTER 145
Division of Health

EDITOR'S NOTE: A Division of Health, which is authorized by Section 8.02 of the City Charter, has never been established by Council. Public health services are administered in the City by a combined Board of Health pursuant to Resolution 1971-622 which authorized a contract to combine the Portage County General Health District with the Aurora City Health District. There are no sections in Chapter 145 . This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
