The City shall provide medical, dental, vision, drug, and life insurance coverage and benefits to full-time employees, with employee contributions and out-of-pocket costs as determined from time-to-time. In addition, an employee's spouse may be eligible for coverage, but will be subject to the City's policy on coordination of benefits and other available spousal coverage. An employee's eligible dependents may be covered as determined by the City, but in any case such determination shall be applicable for the entire calendar year.
