161.21 LONGEVITY.

Employees with more than five (5) years of full-time service shall be eligible for longevity benefits. Payment shall be Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($360.00) after the fifth (5th) year of employment and an additional One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) for each year thereafter. Such payment shall not exceed Two Thousand Forty Dollars ($2,040.00) each year. Said payment shall be paid in a lump sum in the January pay period before the employee's sixth anniversary each year.
