161.17  EMPLOYEES HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS.
   (a)   Full-time employees in one department may hold part-time positions in other departments of the City with prior approval of both Department Directors, the Finance Director and the Mayor. In the event that a regular full-time employee is required to perform part-time duties during his/her regular working hours, he/she must receive prior approval from his/her regular Department Director.
   (b)    Part-time employees in one department may hold part-time positions in other departments of the City with prior approval of both the Department Directors, the Finance Director and the Mayor as long as the weekly hours do not exceed the minimum hours required to be considered an employee who is entitled to health care benefit coverage under federal or state law.  (Ord. 2019-085.  Passed 6-24-19.)
