161.23 SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY.

All of the terms, conditions and provisions of Chapter 163 and Chapter 167 of Aurora's Code of Ordinances shall be fully incorporated into Aurora's Employees Generally provision (Chapter 161 , Aurora Code of Ordinances) and shall be fully applicable to all employees working for the City of Aurora as if all provisions of Chapter 163 and Chapter 167 were fully rewritten into Chapter 161 .
