161.09 EXTENDED PERSONAL LEAVE.

An employee with sufficient and adequate reason, and upon recommendation of the Department Director and approval of the Mayor, may be granted personal leave, without pay or fringe benefits. Such leave shall be at a time span within reason, as determined by the Department Director with the approval of the Mayor.
