A. Fines And Costs Assessed: If judgment of conviction is entered, the clerk of the court shall tax the costs to the defendant, which shall be the maximum amount authorized by state law, plus the fees of witnesses, but the total amount of fine may not exceed the amount set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code and up to thirty (30) days in jail. C. Additional Costs: Effective July 1, 2010, any CLEET penalty, AFIS penalty, FSIA (OSBI) penalty and court costs shall be in addition to the above stated schedule of basic fines. Court costs are thirty dollars ($30.00) as provided in 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 27-126. (Ord. 695, 5-3-2010)
