6-4-17: CARELESS OR NEGLIGENT DRIVING:

It is unlawful for any person to drive, use, operate, park, cause to be parked, or stop any vehicle:

   A.   In a careless manner;

   B.   In a negligent manner;

   C.   In such a manner as to endanger life, limb, person, or property; or

   D.   In such a manner or condition as to interfere with the lawful movement of traffic or use of the streets. (1990 Code § 15-523)
