6-4-16: RECKLESS DRIVING:
Any person who drives any vehicle in a wanton manner without regard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1990 Code § 15-522)
