EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into agreements, from time to time, with representatives of Police and Fire Division and Service Department personnel, which Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment for such personnel. The provisions of this chapter apply only to those personnel and those subjects not provided for in such Agreements. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of any of such Agreements, the provision of the Agreement shall control.
Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to regular compensation are not codified. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
