260.18 OPTIONS UNDER FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT.

   Pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 and its subsequent amendments, the following positions are hereby considered to meet the criteria for exemptions within the City under such Act:

   (a)   The Mayor;

   (b)   The City Engineer;

   (c)   The following members of the Safety Department:

      (1)   Police and Fire Chiefs;

      (2)   Battalion Chief;

      (3)   Fire Captain;

      (4)   Police Captain; and

      (5)   Police Lieutenant;

   (d)   The following members of the Service Department:

      (1)   Service Director;

      (2)   Assistant Service Director;

      (3)   Department Foreman;

      (4)   Sewage Plant Operator; and

      (5)   Building Commissioner;

   (e)   The following member of the Finance Department:

      (1)   Finance Director/Auditor;

   (f)   The following member of the Human Resources Department:

      (1)   Human Resources Director;

   (g)   The following members of the Law Department:

      (1)   Law Director; and

      (2)   City Prosecutor; and

   (h)   The following members of the Recreation Department:

      (1)   Recreation Director; and

      (2)   Recreation Center Supervisors.
