The wage rate and compensation of the Mayor and Council are hereby and herein amended as of the effective date of Ordinance 2012-56, passed June 20, 2012, and shall require the rates to be frozen at the amended rates, with no subsequent increases or decreases to occur without further action of the Council according to Article IV of the City Charter.
