(a) A Clerk of Council who has completed all educational requirements outlined by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and has been designated a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), shall be paid an additional two and one-half percent of his or her regular hourly rate.
(b) A Clerk of Council who has completed the Advanced Academy of Education requirements, and has been certified with the AAE designation by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, shall be paid an additional two and one-half percent of his or her regular hourly rate.
