260.30 DRUG TESTING PROGRAM.
   The City shall maintain a Drug-Free Workplace Program, the City's Drug Testing Policy, and the City Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all full-time and part-time employees and all elected and appointed officials. In accordance with the City's Drug Testing Policy, the city shall continue to administer pre-employment testing for new or rehired employees, return to work employees, reasonable suspicion of any employee, and post accident incidents for any part-time or full-time employee.
