260.26 PENSION PICK-UP FOR UNIFORMED POLICE DIVISION PERSONNEL, FIRE DIVISION PERSONNEL, DEPARTMENT DIRECTORS, AND NON- UNION PERSONNEL.
   (a)   The 50% City-paid pension pick-up benefit is hereby eliminated as soon as administratively practicable for the following classes of employees:
      (1)   Members of the Police Department who belong to the Police and Fire Pension Fund.
      (2)   Members of the Fire Department who belong to the Police and Fire Pension Fund.
      (3)   Department Directors who belong to the Public Employees Retirement System.
      (4)   Non-union City employees who belong to the Public Employees Retirement System.
   (b)   Effective upon the elimination of the 50% City-paid pension pickup benefit, a 100% pension pick-up by reduction plan shall be instituted for the classifications named in subsection (a) hereof.
