129.50 LEAD SAFE CUYAHOGA LEAD-BASED PAINT HAZARD CONTROL PROGRAM FUND.
   All revenues derived from the Lead Safe Cuyahoga Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund hereby designated the Lead Safe Cuyahoga Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program Fund. All expenditures for program activities meeting the criteria of the grant award shall be paid from this fund.

129.51 FAMILY CHILD DAY CARE PROGRAM FUND.
   All revenues derived from the Family Child Day Care Program through the Ohio Department of Education and the United States Food and Drug Administration shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund hereby designated the Family Child Day Care Program Fund. All expenditures for program activities meeting the criteria of the grant shall be paid from this fund.

129.52 FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FUND.
   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established a Special Revenue Fund which shall be known and referred to as the Federal Emergency Management Fund. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to take such action and to make such records as may be necessary to establish the Federal Emergency Management Fund and thereafter to show its existence and condition at all times upon the proper records of the City.
   (b)   Money for Fund. All revenues derived from the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund hereby designated as the Federal Emergency Management Agency fund.
   (c)   Authorized Expenditures. All expenditures for services meeting the criteria of the grant shall be paid into this fund.
   (d)   Custody of Fund. The Director of Finance shall have possession and custody of the Federal Emergency Management Fund and the supervision of all accounts with respect thereto. No further bond shall be required of the Director of Finance because of the Fund, but the Federal Emergency Management Fund shall be under the protection of any bond heretofore given to that may be given hereafter by the Director of Finance.

129.53 PETTY CASH FUNDS.
   (a)   There is hereby established Petty Cash Funds for the use of various departments throughout the City, as follows:

129.55 COMMUNITY DIVERSION PROGRAM FUND.
   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established a Special Revenue Fund which shall be known and referred to as the Community Diversion Program Fund. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to take such action and to make such records as may be necessary to establish the Community Diversion Program Fund and thereafter to show its existence and condition at all times upon the proper records of the City.
   (b)   Money for Fund. All revenues derived from the Community Diversion Program shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund hereby designated as the Community Diversion Program Fund.
   (c)   Authorized Expenditures. All expenditures incurred for services meeting the criteria of the program shall be paid from this fund.
   (d)   Custody of Fund. The Director of Finance shall have possession and custody of the Community Diversion Program Fund and the supervision of all accounts with respect thereto. No further bond shall be required of the Director of Finance because of the Fund, but the Community Diversion Program Fund shall be under the protection of any bond heretofore given to that may be given hereafter by the Director of Finance.

129.56 TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) BOND RETIREMENT FUND.
   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established a Debt Service Fund which shall be known and referred to as the Tax Increment Financing Bond Retirement Fund. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to take such action and to make such records as may be necessary to establish the Tax Increment Financing Bond Retirement Fund and thereafter to show its existence and condition at all times upon the proper records of the City.
   (b)   Money for Fund. All revenues derived from Tax Increment Financing projects shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund hereby designated as the Tax Increment Financing Bond Retirement Fund.
   (c)   Authorized Expenditures. The TIF Bond Retirement Fund shall be used only for the expenditures incurred for the bond principal and interest payments.
   (d)   Custody of Fund. The Director of Finance shall have possession and custody of the TIF Bond Retirement Fund and the supervision of all accounts with respect thereto. No further bond shall be required of the Director of Finance because of the Fund, but the TIF Bond Retirement Fund shall be under the protection of any bond heretofore given to that may be given hereafter by the Director of Finance.
