129.47 EQUITABLE SHARING SPECIAL REVENUE FUND.

All revenues derived from Federal civil forfeitures, including interest income, shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund hereby designated as the Equitable Sharing Special Revenue Fund. All expenditures meeting criteria set by the Federal government shall be paid from this fund. (Ord. 23-01. Passed 6-4-2001.)
