The reports hereinabove required to be made shall be made by an original and not less than eight legible copies. The original shall be filed with the Clerk of Council as part of Council's permanent records. One copy shall be furnished to the Mayor and one copy to each member of Council in advance of submission of any such report to Council for consideration by it.
