129.31 URBAN PARKS GRANT IMPROVEMENT FUND.

   (a)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to create the Urban Parks Grant Improvement Fund under the Capital Projects Fund of the City.

   (b)   The sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to be received as revenue from the U.S. Department of the Interior as the grant is hereby appropriated for the purposes of entering into a contract with the Regional Planning Commission for completion of such study.
