138.01 ESTABLISHED.
   The Department of Human Resources is hereby established.
(Ord. 18-05. Passed 4-4-05.)
138.02 DIRECTOR.
   The position of Director of Human Resources is hereby established. The Director of Human Resources shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council and may be removed by the Mayor. The Director shall be in charge of the Department of Human Resources; shall make rules and regulations for the government of the Department and shall employ personnel and engage in programs as allowed by ordinance, statute and the budget approved by Council.
