(a) Establishment. There is hereby established a Special Revenue Fund which shall be known and referred to as the Cuyahoga County Violence Prevention Fund. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to take such action and to make such records as may be necessary to establish the Cuyahoga County Violence Prevention Fund and thereafter to show its existence and condition at all times upon the proper records of the City.
(b) Money for Fund. There shall be paid directly into the Cuyahoga County Violence Prevention Fund all revenues derived from this grant.
(c) Authorized Expenditures. The Cuyahoga County Violence Prevention Fund shall be used only for expenses meeting the criteria of the grant award.
(d) Custody of Fund. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to receive and administer grant funds from the Cuyahoga County for the purpose of providing case management services to families participating in the Children Who Witness Violence Prevention Program.
