(a) Required tanks shall be kept properly filled at all times and, where pressure tanks are employed, a pressure of at least seventy-five (75) psi shall be maintained at all times. Where necessary, tank heaters shall be provided and utilized to prevent freezing.
(b) All standpipe systems, pumps, tanks and other equipment shall be maintained in readiness for use at all times.
