GENERAL CODE PROVISIONS
22.01 ESTABLISHED; QUALIFICATIONS; APPOINTMENT.
There is established a Plan and Zoning Commission of the City consisting of seven members who are citizens of the City and who are qualified by knowledge or experience to act in matters pertaining to development of a City plan. Such members shall not hold any elective office in the City government. Such members are appointed by the Council.
